Usher Reunites with Lil Jon and Ludacris For New Single, ‘SexBeat’

In 2004, Usher, Lil Jon, and Ludacris joined forces for the smash singles “Yeah!” and “Lovers and Friends.”

Now, sixteen years later, the trio reunite for the sexy collaboration “SexBeat,” a bass-heavy bedroom banger, produced by Jermaine Dupri.

“SexBeat” launches raunchy verse from Ludacris, before transitioning to sultry and sex-drenched vocals from Usher. “SexBeat, put this on and watch us take it as far as you let me,” he sings, while Lil Jon adds his crunk ad-libs.

The new release is picking up on social media with the support of the #SexBeatChallenge, which spotlights social influencers showing off their sexy moves on Instagram and TikTok.

The trio is slated to perform together at the Lovers & Friends Festival, which has been rescheduled for Aug. 8 at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, Calif.

“SexBeat” follows Usher’s Ella Mai-assisted single “Don’t Waste My Time,” which debuted a video last month. He is now readying a new album, his first since 2016’s Hard II Love, which may feature the recently-teased “Confessions Part III.”
